1. General Admission Requirements

• 2nd class honours upper Bachelor's degree
• Ability to pursue research

2. Additional Admission Requirements

Depending on where you obtain your Bachelor's degree, you may need additional items listed below.

• Graduate Record Examination (GRE)
• GRE Analytical writing score (AW) >3.5
• GRE Verbal Reasoning (V)  >149
• GRE Quantitative Reasoning (Q) >149
• Total GRE score >319
• Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)
•  GATE score >90 percentile
• Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) 
• Paper-based test >600
• Computer-based test >250
• Internet-based test >100
• International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
• IELTS score >6.5 

3. Validity of test result

Your test result are valid for a certain period of time depend on the school.

• Graduate Record Examination (GRE)
• Test date must be within 5 years or less from the date of application
• Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)
•  Test date must be within 3 years or less from the date of application
• Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) 
• Test dates must be within 2 years or less from the date of application
• International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
• Test date must be within 2 years or less from the date of application
