How to run a successful software team?

By embracing the 𝟒 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 that keep me focused on what truly matters: 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬, and 𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. 🌱

SINGAPORE—As a millennial, I am #sharing a set of four reading cards that I’ve created to impart these values:

1️⃣ Individuals and Interactions
2️⃣ Working Software
3️⃣ Customer Collaboration
4️⃣ Responding to Change

These principles aren’t just for software engineering—they’re #transferable skills that can 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 project, research, teamwork, and problem-solving in any field. Whether you’re coding, managing, or innovating, Agile is one of many #frameworks that can help you 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝, 𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝-𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠.

💬 What I love most about Agile is that it’s not just a framework—it’s a mindset (an established set of attitudes of a person or group concerning culture, values, philosophy, frame of reference, outlook, or disposition.).

Here’s to building better systems together, better teams together, and a better future together—one iteration at a time! 🚀⭐ —𝘔𝘺 𝘚𝘛𝘌𝘔 𝘑𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺
