Technology Showcase: A*STAR Optical Fibre Sensor at Singapore Aerospace Programme

Today, our optical fibre sensor team had the incredible opportunity to share our research and connect with other professionals at the highly esteemed Singapore Aerospace Programme meeting. The event provided an unparalleled platform for the most brilliant minds in the field of aerospace to convene, discuss, and explore innovative ways to advance the industry.

The Singapore Aerospace Programme is an exceptional collaborative effort that seeks to drive innovation, strengthen and grow the Singapore aerospace industry. As a consortium, the program operates with a specific focus on addressing problem statements for future technology positioning, mid-technology readiness level research in new technologies, and the creation of a collaborative research platform for cross-fertilization of ideas among research performers and consortium members.

Participating in such an esteemed conference provided our team with a rare opportunity to showcase our work and gain invaluable feedback from other professionals in our field. We were able to discuss our optical fibre sensor technology and its potential applications within the aerospace industry with individuals who shared our passion for technological advancement.
