How to run a successful software team?

By embracing the 𝟒 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 that keep me focused on what truly matters: 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬, and 𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. 🌱

A big #congratulations to the winners of the 𝐏𝐌𝐈 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒! 🥳🎉

This competition, organised by PMI Singapore Chapter, provided an invaluable experience for aspiring 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬. Over 100 students from 10+ tertiary institutions came together to compete by creating a Project Charter and fantastic presentation for "𝘛𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘢𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘴: 𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘕𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦". 🚀 Your hard work and creativity truly stood out, and I applaud your dedication to honing essential Project Management (PM) skills for the US$50 billions project. 

💬 I was honored to serve as a judge and witness the impressive projects and commitment displayed by all participants. During the competition, I had the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions with fellow judges (||||) as we carefully ranked the top eight teams from over 40 entries in both the qualifying round and final round. 🙏💙 I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to PMI Singapore Chapter and Project Management Institute Asia Pacific for the opportunity as judge. —𝐌𝐲 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐌 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲
