STRUM (Shifting Track Right Under Method)

Tokyu Corporation sucessfully tested the proprietary STRUM (Shifting Track Right Under Method) technology at Tokyo’s Shibuya station. The technology converted a operational line above-ground train to underground train system in about four hours. Service continues as usual the next day.
