Despite the support that we have received from the BigFix team, we have noticed that the software keeps restarting many client computers A*STAR wide. This issue is causing a lot of mental stress and frustration among our employees who are unable to complete their work due to frequent interruptions. We understand the importance of keeping our systems up-to-date, but this issue is causing more harm (mentally) than good.
We would like to request the BigFix team to look into this matter as soon as possible and find a solution. Our employees need to have uninterrupted access to their computers to complete their work efficiently. We appreciate the support that we have received from the BigFix team in the past, and we hope that you will continue to work with us to resolve this issue.
In conclusion, we urge the BigFix team to take this matter seriously and find a solution that works for everyone. The impact of this issue on our work cannot be overstated, and we need your help to resolve it. We thank you in advance for your prompt action and look forward to hearing from you soon.
